Jack Lowe, Jeff Lowe, and Jay Ballard are lifelong, passionate supporters of University of Virginia athletics. What started in 2023 as a fan-driven podcast during football season quickly grew into something much more.

Originally created as a way to react to games and share our perspective as fans, The Cavalier Connection has evolved into a credentialed media outlet covering UVA sports. Today, our coverage includes in-depth analysis, interviews with former UVA standouts and recruits, and on-site reporting from games and events.
